Frederick Scott Salyer's motion to modify the conditions under which the defendant is permitted to review discovery was transferred to Magistrate Judge Hollows and will be heard on July 12, 2011, at 9:30 a.m., along with a new government motion for reciprocal discovery. No formal notice yet of new counsel for Salyer.
