70-Month Prison Sentence For Real Estate Fraud

Judge England sentenced Royce Lee Newcomb, 49, of Roseville to 70 months in prison Thursday for a real estate fraud scheme and for filing illegal bankruptcy petitions.  Sacramento Business Journal, 9/30/11
