Yesterday, Americans for Safe Access (ASA) filed this ASA v. Holder civil complaint in the Northern District of California seeking to stop federal authorities from continuing their recent medical marijuana crackdown under the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The ASA Press Release includes a link to the EDCA US Attorney Ben Wagner 7/1/11 letter that was sent to the City of Chico warning that its proposed medical marijuana ordinance would violate federal law.
