Attorneys Seek Federal Investigation Of UC Davis Pepper Spraying Fiasco

In this Occupy Davis Pepper Spray Letter, 11-21-11, Sacramento attorney Jeffrey Kravitz calls on EDCA U.S. Attorney Ben Wagner (and state officials) to open a federal investigation into UC Davis police's inexplicable use of pepper spray on seated Occupy student-protesters on Friday.  See pepper spraying video here.
