U.S. v. Harrison Jack: Judge Gives Government Until April 6 To Respond To Motion To Dismiss & Re-Sets Motion Hearing To May 4, 2009

In a minute order filed today, the district court granted, in part, the government's request for additional time to respond to the defense's motion to dismiss.  The Court gave the government until April 6 instead of its requested 30 days to respond to the motion.  The Court also reset the motion hearing from April 6 to May 4, 2009, though that hearing date could be changed.
