Not Satisfied With State Court Prosecution, Feds Indict Couple In Allegedly Racially-Motivated Beach Attack

According to the Sacramento Bee  the U.S. Attorney's Office has indicted a couple on civil rights violations for an allegedly racially-motivated assault against another couple on a South Lake Tahoe Beach, after a state court prosecution resulted in misdemeanor convictions and county jail sentences.   Arraingments scheduled for March 26.
