Defense Begins Its Case This Week in Sekhon & Sekhon Trial

The government rested its case on Thursday in the Sekhon & Sekhon political asylum fraud trial.  After the government moved on its own to dismiss a few count against defendant Caza, the Court set a briefing schedule on motions for acquittal with the defense written motions due today.  The trial is set to resume today at 1:30 p.m. before Judge Damrell in courtroom 1 on the 16th floor.
