Judge Karlton Issues SK Foods Salyer Release Order; Gov't Moves To Stay

Here is Judge Karlton's 3-25-10 Salyer Release Order.  The same day, the government moved to stay the order pending its motion for reconsideration and, this morning, Salyer's defense filed an opposition.  Here is the Sacramento Bee's take on the release order from this morning's paper.
