More Harrison Jack Motions Filed And Still More To Come

Among other motions, defendants in the wacky, Harrison Jack Neutrality Act case recently filed a Renewed Motion To Dismiss For Outrageous Government Conduct after defendant Youa True Vang's attorneys filed yesterday a heavily-redacted, Motion To Dismiss For Prosecutorial Misconduct Before The Grand Jury.  More motions are expected.  Lo Cha Thao's attorney submitted a stipulation to continue the filing date for his motions to Monday, May 24, 2010.  I guess that means a long weekend for Mark.  [Added Denny Walsh's 5/27/10 Sac Bee coverage]
