On Friday, defendants in the Harrison Jack case filed two motions to suppress evidence obtained pursuant to search warrants. The first is the Federal Defender's Motion To Suppress Evidence, arguing that the warrants to search Harrison Jack's home and computer files are invalid on a number of grounds. The second is MoFo's pure Franks motion, which contends that the judge would not have authorized the 14 executed search warrants in this case except for the affidavit's false statements and material omissions. Franks SW Motion. As with other downloadable motions, exhibits and declarations are not available here.
