Title III (Wiretap) Primer

Since I've had a number of people ask me for it, I thought I'd also post here the link to the Title III (Wiretap) Primer by N.D. California AFDs Steve Kalar and Josh Cohen.  It's a few years old (2006), but is an excellent starting point on researching motions to suppress evidence obtained through Title III wiretap intercepts.  This Primer and other worthwhile materials are available at the Office of Defender Services training website, www.fd.org.
