EDCA Bankruptcy Clerk Retires After 30 Years Of Service

After 30 years in the post, Richard Heltzel retired earlier this month as clerk of the Sacramento-based U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.

Heltzel, 59, is widely known in national bankruptcy circles and was often honored not only for his talent as an administrator but also for his dedication to the continuing improvement of the nation's judicial system.
