Court Approves Deferred Prosecution For Defendant Youa True Vang in Harrison Jack Case

The Court officially signed off today on the parties stipulation deferring prosecution of the case against Youa True Vang in the Harrison Jack case for a period of six months with the agreement that all charges against him will be dismissed at that time if he abides by the terms of the agreement.  So there will be one less defendant at the Oct 15 motion hearing.
