Argument On I-5 Traffic Stop Profiling Motions Set For Monday, 2/14, 9:00 a.m.

After a lengthy evidentiary hearing and post-hearing briefs, Judge England will finally hear argument on the defendants' racial/gender profiling motions in United States v. Sanchez-Palomino, et. al., No. 09-0094-MCE on Monday, February 14 at 9:00 a.m.   See 9/10/10 post; Redding.com, 9/16/10.
