A federal grand jury in Sacramento Wednesday indicted a Red Bluff man on weapons charges. Joseph Michael Cadotte, 23, is charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a sawed-off shotgun and making a sawed-off shotgun, said Lauren Horwood, spokeswoman for U.S. Attorney Benjamin Wagner in Sacramento. Cadotte is being held at the Tehama County jail where he is facing similar charges, which Horwood said likely would be dismissed because of the federal case.
