Good News, Bad News on CJA Payments

The good news is that the Administrative Office says they will resume paying CJA vouchers for attorneys, investigators, interpreters, and other service providers that were processed but have not been paid.  The bad news is they won't be able to pay any new vouchers until further funding is authorized by Congress.  AO Mar 4 memo.
