Occupy Fresno Federal Lawsuit

Here's the Occupy Fresno v. County of Fresno, No. 11-CV-1844-DWI/DLB Civil Complaint, 11/13/11 and the district court's order, 11/16/11 denying Occupy Fresno's ex parte application for a temporary restraining order.  The order also sets a briefing schedule on a motion for a preliminary injunction with a hearing date of December 12, 2011.
