Cal Fish & Game Sues to Stop Removal Of Trees From Central Valley Levees

"The California Department of Fish and Game sued the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Federal Court, claiming the Army demand to remove all trees and shrubs from levees in the Central Valley will damage their stability and increase the risk of levee failure."
