EDCA Court Grants Jagdip Sekhon's Renewed Motion For Bail

On June 14, 2012, after opening briefs were filed in the defendants' Ninth Circuit appeal, Judge Mendez granted Jagdip Sekhon's renewed motion for bail pending appeal after finding that his "Kotteakos" multiple conspiracies argument presents a "substantial question" on appeal.
