92-Month Sentence In Credit Card Fraud Case

Chief U.S. District Judge Morrison C. England Jr. today sentenced 23-year-old Thang Quoc Nguyen to seven years and eight months in prison for three counts of credit card fraud and two counts of aggravated identify theft, according to a federal Department of Justice news release.
