Sacramento Not Guilty Verdict

Yesterday, a Sacramento federal jury returned a verdict of not guilty on all four counts of mailing threatening communications in a trial before Judge Mueller in United States v. Harris, No. 06-107-KJM.  Congratulations to attorneys Ben Galloway and Rachelle Barbour at the Federal Defender's Office.
