Ninth Circuit To Hear NRDC v. Salazar En Banc

On Tuesday, the Ninth Circuit granted rehearing en banc in NRDC v. Salazar, 09-17661, one of the Delta Smelt cases out of Fresno.  Not my area of expertise, but here are links to other blogs with their take on the en banc order:  Environmental Appeals Court, Legal Planet and PLF.
