Feds Charge Visalia Doctor With Unlawful Oxcodone Prescriptions

A federal grand jury has issued an indictment charging Dr. Terrill Eugene Brown, 61, of Visalia, with 27 counts of illegally writing prescriptions for oxycodone and hydrocodone, conspiracy to dispense oxycodone, and depositing cash into different accounts to avoid bank reporting requirements.
