Manteca Couple Indicted On Tax & Fraud Charges

The U.S. attorney’s office has indicted two Manteca residents on charges of filing two false claims for federal tax refunds, filing false liens against the former IRS commissioner and impeding the administration of the federal tax laws, the Justice Department and IRS announced Friday.
