Sac Bee Profile of AUSA Steve Lapham

Sunday's Sacramento Bee has a glowing profile of departing AUSA Steve Lapham, who was recently appointed by Governor Brown to the Sacramento Superior Court bench.  The article does point to one big character flaw:  despite over 30 years in Northern California, Steve is still a L.A. Dodgers fan.
