Liberty Counsel Asks Supreme Court To Review Gay Conversion Therapy Ban Decision

Liberty Counsel has filed this petition for writ of certiorari requesting that the Supreme Court review the Ninth Circuit's decision rejecting a First Amendment challenge to California SB1172, which bans "gay conversion" therapy for minors.  Bloomberg News, 2/6/14.
