Government Files Motion For Reconsideration In Schweder Marijuana Case

The government filed today this motion for reconsideration of the EDCA court's order setting an evidentiary hearing in the United States v. Schweder, no. 2:11-CR-0449-KJM marijuana cultivation case.  See 3/20 post. The motion for reconsideration is calendered for hearing on April 16, at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Mueller.
