Opposition To Gov't Motion To Reconsider Grant Of Evidentiary Hearing In Schweder Marijuana Case

Here is the defense's Opposition to the government's motion for reconsideration of the EDCA court's order setting an evidentiary hearing on the constitutionality of marijuana as a Schedule I controlled substance in the United States v. Schweder, No. 2:11-CR-0449-KJM marijuana cultivation case.  The hearing on the motion is still scheduled for April 16, at 9:00 a.m. before Judge Mueller.
