Sacramento Jury Returns Guilty Verdict On Bank Fraud, Identity Theft Charges

On Thursday, a Sacramento jury returned a guilty verdict after a three day jury trial on one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, two counts of bank fraud, and one count of aggravated identity theft in United States v. Ray, 2:11-CR-0216-MCE.
