Six Defendant Mortgage Fraud Jury Trial Begins

In United States v. Markevich, No. 2:11-CR-0490-JAM, jury selection took place today in a six defendant mortgage fraud trial before Judge Mendez.  Opening statements begin tomorrow at 10:15 a.m. in courtroom 6 on the 14th floor.  Five defense attorneys and one pro se defendant.
