Criminal Case Against Former Fresno Police Deputy Chief and Others Continued to 2016

According to Fresno Bee reporter John Ellis's twitter feed (@johnellis24), at Monday's federal court hearing, the criminal case against former Fresno Police deputy chief Keith Foster and the others defendants was continued for a further hearing on February 1, 2016.  Foster's attorney Marshall Hodgkins advised that discovery is "voluminous" and includes thousands of untranscribed wiretap conversations.
