United States v. California Case Filings

In United States v. California, No. 2:18-cv-00490-JAM-JAN, the EDCA court website has links to the US Opposition to the Motion to Transfer Venue to the NDCA and Judge Newman's final discovery order, which grants California's request to take up to 4-hour depositions of the ICE and US Customs & Border Patrol directors by April 13, 2018.
