United States v. California: Feds Sue California Over State "Sanctuary" Laws

I love the title, United States v. California, of this complaint. 

No district judge assigned yet.  

California's not scared, says the Sacramento Bee.  Make us proud, California!

Jeff Sessions is scheduled to give an announcement about the lawsuit tomorrow (Wed), 8 a.m. before the California Peace Officers' Association 26th Annual Law Enforcement Legislative Day, at the Sawyer hotel, Magnolia Ballroom, 500 J Street, Sacramento.

Expect lots of protesters.

Must be designed to distract us from the other, er, shenanigans at the White House.
