EDCA Court Denies U.S. DOJ's Request For Preliminary Injunction To Stop California "Sanctuary State" Law

Here is Judge Mendez's 60-page order denying the Trump administration's request for a preliminary injunction enjoining California's "Sanctuary State" law, AB 54.  The court did enjoin California from enforcing Cal. Gov't Code §§ 7285.1 & 7285.2 and Cal. Labor Code § 1019.2(a) & (b) as applied to private employers.
