RIP Judge Peter Nowinski

I'm writing with the sad news that former EDCA Magistrate Judge Peter A. Nowinski passed away on Thursday.  Even when ruling against me, I always felt that Judge Nowinski heard me out and gave me a fair shake.  RIP Judge Nowinski.
