Falconer Files EDCA Lawsuit Challenging Warrantless Searches

A Modesto attorney and falconer, Peter Stavrianoudakis, filed this interesting EDCA lawsuit challenging federal regulations permitting the U.S. Department of Fish & Wildlife and other agencies from conducting searches of falconer "facilities" without a warrant to ensure that federal standards are met.  Sacramento Bee, 3/2/19
