Feds Dismiss Marijuana Cultivation Charges
After almost seven years and a 2016 hung jury , the feds dismissed marijuana cultivation charges yesterday against the remaining defendant, Russell Gilmore, in EDCA No. 13-CR-300-GEB. Congrats to his attorney Matthew Bockmon!
