At this morning's calender, Thomas Endicott reported that he had been unable to hire an attorney, and Judge England appointed the Federal Defender, subject to Endicott reimbursing the CJA if the court ultimately determines he is able to pay some or all of his legal fees. See my earlier post on Endicott's lack of representation. AFD Ben Galloway has been assigned the case and a status conference was set for next month.
